How we handle a failed inspection
When a vehicle fails inspection — or a customer suspects it will before testing — we start by reviewing the failure report, or evaluating the car proactively, to identify exactly what needs fixing, rather than taking the test centre's garage referral at face value.
We collect the vehicle from your home or office rather than asking you to drop it off, shop that repair across our network of 50+ partner garages, agree the cost with you before anything is booked, and coordinate the actual repair. Once it's done, we manage the retest and deliver your passed certificate back to your door — not just a diagnosis.
This runs the same way whether your car is registered in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman or Fujairah — inspection failure isn't a Dubai-specific problem, and neither is how we handle it.
Getting to that passed certificate doesn't cost you anything extra — sourcing the repair and managing the retest is part of the service, whether it takes one round or two. You only ever pay for the repair itself, and that's agreed with you before it's booked.
